We are located at 70 Arthurs Point Road, Arthurs Point, Queenstown 9371.
We are open from 8am to 7:30pm daily. If there is no-one in reception during these hours, or for an after hours emergency, please push the pager button for assistance.
Check in is anytime after 2pm on your scheduled day of arrival, with check out before 10am on the day of departure.
Let the team know if you are planning on arriving after hours so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
This really depends on how busy we were the night before and how quickly we can get through the daily cleaning. The best thing to do is contact us the day before arrival and speak to one of the team to see if this is a possible option. Sorry, there are no guarantees.

Yes, portacot hire is $25.00 per stay and subject to availability. Please call reception to book.
We accept cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard, and Visa. Any payments made by card may be subject to a 2.5% surcharge.

No, we don’t offer caravans/campervans or tents for rent. You need to supply your own.
Yes, you can. We have a few non-powered sites that are suitable for sleeper vans.
No sorry, you need to supply your own power lead.
You need a RCD camping lead which can be purchased for about $110 from the likes of Mitre 10. A regular domestic 3-pin extension lead is NOT compatible with the power boxes.

If you or someone is having a medical emergency, call 111 and notify management of the situation. We are located at 70 Arthurs Point Road, Arthurs Point, Queenstown.
If another type of emergency is occurring, call 111 and select FIRE or POLICE. Again please notify management of the situation.
Please use our afterhours pager button to alert the managers on duty of the disturbance at the time it is occurring. It is very difficult for us to address the situation in the morning or after the fact.
We expect guests to be considerate of their fellow guests and to keep noise to an absolute minimum between 10pm- 7am. This includes noise from vehicles, motor bikes, music and talking.
Pets are only allowed during certain times of the year and only with the express permission from the Managers. We don’t allow pets into our accommodation or facilities. Arrangement for bringing a pet into the holiday park must be made prior to arrival. A “Pet Policy” form will need to be completed & signed on arrival.

Yes, we do. We have a free shuttle that goes into & back from town several times a day. As seats are limited, we suggest you book your seat which you can do at reception.
The last shuttle leaves town at 7:15. If you wish to stay later in Queenstown, you can catch the public bus back to the holiday park or get an Uber or taxi.
No, we don’t. You are welcome to use and install your own car seat into the shuttle, and we can store it for you in our reception until we come and collect you from town.
No, but we can take you into town where you can catch the public bus to the airport.
The hot tub is $25 for up to 4 people for 30 minutes. Book at reception.
The temperature is set to 38-39 degrees celsius.
We don’t lock our communal facilities, so there is 24-hour access to them.
Yes, we do. Our washing machines and dryers are payable by tap-and-go. The laundry is open 24 hours.
No, we don’t. Guests need to provide their own cooking & eating utensils, or you can hire a kitchen cupboard for an additional $5 per day with a $20 refundable deposit. We do provide ovens, hot plates, microwaves, communal fridges & zips/jugs for hot water.
Our drinking water is on ‘town supply’ and is nice to drink.
We provide FREE unlimited WiFi for all guests! Please collect the WiFi access code on arrival.
Yes, we provide free parking. We allow one car park per unit/cabin. Additional vehicles may need to be parked on Atley Road.
Please let us know prior to arrival if you will have a trailer/boat etc as we have limited parking space available.
We can store a small amount of luggage for a short period of time only. Talk to one of the team during your stay.
We are a small holiday park with a very limited amount of space so it really depends on the time of year. Ask the managers who will assess this on a case by case scenario.
No we don’t. You can enter / leave the park as you wish (we don’t lock the gates). We just ask that you are considerate of your fellow campers.
The closest supermarket is Fresh Choice and is located at 64 Gorge Road – about a 6 minute drive from the Holiday Park.
There is also a Pak’n’Save (302 Hawthorne Drive, Frankton) OR Countdown (30 Grant Road, Frankton) – both of which are about 14kms from the Holiday Park. Ask one of the team for directions if required.
Yes. There are a few local restaurants/cafes located in Arthurs Point and a large selection in Queenstown itself offering a great range of food options that would suit even the most discerning eater.

Downtown Queenstown is located about 7km from Queenstown TOP 10 Holiday Park.
Yes you can. It will take approximately an hour to walk into town and 15 minutes to bike. There is a walking/bike path for the majority of the way. The Edith Cavell Bridge is a one lane bridge, so please take extra care here.

Yes. There is a bus stop located right outside the Holiday Park and the bus travels frequently in and out of Queenstown.
The fastest route to / from the airport is 13kms. The time to travel this distance can vary greatly depending on the time of day & traffic.
Yes you can – it is very refreshing as the Lake Wakatipu is snow fed. There is a pontoon located near the playground in Queenstown itself.
