We stayed with you 3 or so years ago and we loved it. My husband then had a bad accident and sustained a brain injury which resulted in serious memory issues. I wanted to get him away and decided to come back to you folk and stay in same motel unit, to help him remember and to provide a wonderful place to stay for the week. Well, he remembered when he walked into the motel, and then said to me “Oh, they have a real nice hot tub here don’t they?” I was so surprised and delighted that memories were coming back.

We had a great break and what was so wonderful is that I explained our situation to the staff (just in case my husband did a bit of a walkabout without me knowing) and the staff were so caring, checked on us and we got to use the hot tub every day! So, all I can say is Queenstown TOP 10 motels are modern & top notch, the district is paradise and your staff were icing on the cake. When we come back, we will always beeline back to our favorite place to stay in NZ.

This is definitely the place to stay in Queenstown. Absolutely awesome location, with free shuttle into town offered as well! Most comfortable bed ever = fantastic sleep ready for all the adventures the next day. Immaculate communal kitchen, lounge and bathrooms. Great hot pool after a day’s mountain biking! Lovely open spaces and kids would be happy here. Love the adventure poster ideas on back of toilet doors, something for travelers to ponder while waiting! Thanks for having us, will be back again.

This place is the primary jewel in the crown of TOP 10 campgrounds across New Zealand, and the only one I have been inspired to write a review about. Easy access to the Coronet Peak Ski Area with a bus that stops right in front. The property also offers a free shuttle into town, which is awesome if you park a campervan here. There is a spacious common room with a fireplace and large kitchen. Hot showers with good water pressure, and even a hot tub (book in advance). Also, good WiFi and a friendly cat.

Great stay! The best service in our 4 years travelling. The cleanliness of the kitchen and bathrooms were a highlight. We were made to feel very special and staff were always around should you need them. The shuttle service into town and the unlimited WiFi for club members are great advantages.

We stayed in the 8 Berth Two Bedroom Apartment. The quality of the fixtures and the cabin itself were top notch. We were blown away with the price, we will never stay anywhere else when we visit Queenstown again. Also the views of the mountains were amazing!

During our holiday we’ve stayed in several TOP 10s, and this one is THE BEST! Lovely heated bathrooms with monsoon shower heads, lovely hot tub with views out to the hills, plus lots of little things that make staying easier, like tea towels, dishcloths, dishwashing liquid and washing baskets.

Stayed here for one night in a private cabin. It is a little out of town but definitely worth it considering the value for money, plus they have a courtesy shuttle into town. Staff here were 12/10. We didn’t have a can opener, and they spent about 20 minutes searching the park for us, in the end offereing to let us use on of the staff’s personal can opener. Cabin was tidy and very warm. Can definitely recommend to anyone who likes friendly staff and good value for money.

What a beautiful spot, gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains. Would be so different in Takurua (Winter) with a ka pai snowfall, even more spectacular! Wasn’t so sure about being so far from the CBD, but in reality I found it wasn’t really that far. Having your own transport helps, but the team at TOP 10 Queenstown run a courtesy coach into town and back. There is also a bus stop right outside the gate. Staff were fantastic, very warm welcome, always a pleasure to talk to, and they worked very hard around the place. Facilities were lovely, very clean and tidy, and the grounds immaculate. Loved the Wera (Hot) Tub, again with those gorgeous views. Had a fantastic week there and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a Hararei Park/Camping Ground.

Excellent family break! The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. All facilities were of a high standard and everything we needed was provided. Kids loved the playground and the go-carts. The Easter Egg hunt was a surprise and a highlight. Rooms were warm and comfortable. Complimentary coffees didn’t run out. Outstanding!

Queenstown TOP 10 Holiday Park is very well set up for all travelers, especially families. The 2 bedroom unit we stayed in was clean and tidy and very comfortable with everything needed for our stay. The park grounds are very well maintained. The spa was lovely and the kids playground was brilliant! We loved our stay.

One of the best TOP 10s I have been to. Cosy and spacious common area and kitchen that is open past 10pm. Affordable hot pool, fast internet connection, clean facilities. Would definitely visit again.

Really nice place, very friendly staff, extremely clean. Nothing too much of a bother for them, they want to go above and beyond to make your stay worthwhile and comfortable. Cooking facilities for a camp site, all the appliances work, and loads of preparing space even when busy. Wood fire just to finish it all off makes it even better with a complimentary shuttle service to and from Queenstown.

Awesome location. Brilliant how you can leave your camper & get a shuttle. Excellent stress-free way to explore Queenstown. Quality bathrooms (single ones) feel like your own. Very friendly helpful staff.

Well equipped park and very professionally presented. Excellent kitchen & dining area complimented by a cosy wood fire. Great accommodation, helpful staff and great shuttle service. Steve provided invaluable advice about Queenstown including where to park & great spots for dinner etc. Could not be more helpful.

If you have kids, you should stay here. Great, modern facilities and free shuttle service into town. Showers were amazing and the hot pool was fabulous. We hope to return one day. The staff are also super helpful and friendly.

Loved staying here… So close to mountains, great pubs, and nice being a little out of town.

It’s my 4th visit here. It’s always great. Never anything to complain about.

We arrived and had problems with our car. One of the staff was a bit of a mechanic and gave us the biggest help you could give. He didn’t have to do any of it but out of the kindness of his heart, he helped us. Top staff.

We stayed two nights in our hired campervan. Could not believe the hospitality and cleanliness of the facilities. No request was too much bother. All the staff were super helpful, and recommended the Cargo Restaurant for dinner which fulfilled all expectations and more. We were even kindly shuttled up there and picked up when we called. Would return in a heartbeat if we get the chance.

Fabulous place to stay. Staff are amazing. We had a large family gathering and it was so easy to book and stay there. Rooms are great. Between us we had a 2 Bedroom Motel, two 1 Bedroom Motels, and two Self Contained Units. Everyone was very pleased with their accommodation. Booked again for later in the year.

Loved this accommodation. Would recommend it to everyone. Clean and comfy. Neat playground for kids. Walking distance to Shotover Jet and the Canyon Restaurant. Out of the city with beautiful views.

Fab-u-lous!!! Lovely overlooking gorgeous mountains and the cabins are cool. The place is clean and tidy, the kitchen is massive and the staff are so helpful and friendly.

Great and convenient camp site! We parked our campervan for a night. The facilities are clean and thoughtful (there’s even an oven available for use and a shelf for “free food” to hand down left over food. WiFi is great (and free!), staff were very friendly and there’s also a free shuttle to commute into Queenstown city.

A beautiful camp facility. I think so far this camp is one of the best. They have a camp shuttle to bring you into Queenstown CBD, and will pick up at certain times of the day. Appears to be a flexible timetable while there are only few tourists in NZ. The kitchen/TV/dining room area was very user friendly and up to date. The Toilet/Shower blocks and mini blocks are also modern and clean (thank you). And of course, the hot tub is fantastic for the evening.

Amazing stay! Really enjoyed our stay at Queenstown TOP 10. Beautiful location, excellent service. Pleasantly surprised by the hot pool available for use. Thanks again will be back! Really good value, our room was great!

Absolutely amazing stay! The scenery was stunning and the park was clean, tidy and had everything you needed. The rooms were modern, clean and had everything you needed as well. Great location and value for money, staff were welcoming and friendly. Would highly recommend to others looking for affordable, comfortable accommodation.

Had an awesome experience. We booked a powered site. The facilities are tidy and clean. The very friendly staff/management were very awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great stay and not far from Queenstown at all.  It was great and will be back for sure, we mentioned to a few friends we have that the cabins were great to stay in and competitively priced.

Provided a recommendation for dinner it was a great meal. When we hired the hot tub they made sure we were looked after and got our full 30 minutes.  Courtesy bus is awesome help getting into town.  Great staff, awesome park. We’ll go again.

They were understanding of our changing schedule. And we’re more then happy to help with our questions. There was not any one person as they were all fantastic. Loved the accessibility of the shuttle. Friendly, efficient and personalised. Keep up the good work.

I really appreciated how clean it was, and the room was great. I also appreciated the late arrival arrangements.  It was peaceful. And the free shuttle into town is a great idea. I would stay again.

Good location and enjoyable staff, they were helpful in every way and pre-booked our next stay. due to poor weather we were required to extend our stay and that was done without any problems. Well done to all.

Little bit out of the way, shuttle available but own vehicle preferable. I feel the distance allows for a quieter experience, away from the hubbub of town itself and is all the better for it. Will definitely be returning.

A most enjoyable stay at Queenstown Top 10 Holiday Park. A two bedroom motel unit with cooking facilities and space to relax for our 3 night stay. Staff were courteous and helpful. Easy to access the park as we came in from Arrowtown and then head out at the end of our outstanding visit to Queenstown.

Great alternative for all tastes and economic possibilities. Great place, great service, amazing people like in all of NZ! Options for campers, studios, beds only, etc. With free shuttle service to and from the center.

Great location, wonderful facilities with cosy wood burning stove in communal kitchen/lounge. Staff were helpful and friendly, courtssy shuttle to queenstown is so handy. We would highly recommend it!

Shuttle service to downtown Queenstown was very friendly and always on time – very well appreciated.

We stayed there for a week. Lovely and clean, quiet, and the staff were very helpful. The bus stop is outside, it’s so easy to get into the city, and TOP 10 have a drop off and pickup service free of charge. Awesome place to stay.
