Queenstown TOP 10 Holiday Park – Booking Terms

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the following Terms & Conditions and House Rules. On check-in, you may also be required to verify your identity with photographic identification. Should you choose not to proceed with this reservation, you are required to advise us within 24hrs of making your booking for a refund of all monies paid.
1. Premises are let for short term/ holiday purposes only for the agreed period and at the agreed nightly or weekly rate subject to subsequent change as agreed by the parties.
2. The premises, with the exception of Queenstown Lakeview at 3:00pm, are available from 2.00pm and generally NOT BEFORE on the day of arrival and are to be vacated at 10.00am (unless otherwise stated) on the day of departure. The purpose of these strict times is to allow the necessary time to clean the premises. Please consider your fellow incoming/outgoing holiday occupants. We may consider requests for early arrival or late checkout if available.
3. Pets are not allowed, and all accommodation options are smoke free only. Evidence of smoking or pets will give rise to a cleaning fee of $200 charged against your credit card or payable in cash at our option. (PETS ARE PERMITTED AT SOME OF OUR PROPERTIES, PLEASE CONTACT PARKS DIRECTLY FOR CONFIRMATION OF THIS POLICY)
4. The maximum number of persons permitted to occupy the booked premises will form part of the booking contract and will be nominated when you make your booking. Persons found occupying the premises over and above the number on the booking may give rise to an additional fee or early termination for breach.
5. Maximum occupancy of each room for non-family bookings is 3 people (with the exception of 2 couples)
6. Group bookings for young adults 18yrs to 20yrs, will require a Security Deposit of $200 per person.
7. Guests under the age of 18yrs, cannot remain onsite without parental supervision.
8. All damage, breakages, or losses to the property and/or furniture/furnishings are to be reported to the reception and paid for immediately. All furnishings and equipment must be left in the premises as originally found. Damage not paid for will be charged to your card without notice.
9. Pre-Authorisation/Security Deposit (Bond) for accommodation: A valid Visa or MasterCard is required on check-in. A pre-authorised payment may be taken from your card and held as a security deposit for damages, excessive cleaning or extra charges. The pre-authorisation/security bond varies depending on accommodation type booked. Bonds may apply on hired items. All security deposits will be refundable upon check-out after an inspection has been carried out, less any additional charges. Depending on your bank and processing times, it may take a few days for the security deposit to return to your card.
10. All accommodation is for short term/ holiday purposes only. Functions and parties on the premises are strictly not allowed. We reserve the right to terminate your occupancy immediately if you cause damage, a nuisance or annoyance to neighbours. After-hours call outs due to noise complaints will be charged a service fee. The fee will vary depending on the after-hours structure of the park.
11. Unless stated within the property description, all premises (other than camping and caravan sites) are self-contained (except at Glendhu Bay) and generally includes linen for the main bedroom, some accommodation options do not include linen. Additional linen is available for hire.
12. No responsibility is taken for guests’ personal property left on the premises. A handling fee of $15.00 plus postage will be charged when guests request lost property to be returned by post.
13. With telephone or postal bookings, any printed, written, or verbal description of the premises by the agent or an employee is made in good faith. No responsibility for discrepancies will be accepted. Please choose your property carefully using the information provided on our comprehensive websites. There is no provision to change properties on your arrival if you are unhappy with your choice.
14. Guests are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of any accommodation keys. Guests requiring a key from the park manager after office hours will be charged a service fee. The fee will vary depending on the after-hours structure of the park.
15. Parking is generally available for one vehicle only unless prior arrangements have been made. Please Park in your designated spot. Extra vehicles, boats, etc may be accommodated elsewhere and may incur a fee.
16. No refunds or credits for early departures.
17. Management wishes to warn guests and other persons who engage in recreational activity, with the holiday park, that the pursuit of such activities may result in harm or personal injury. All persons who engage in a recreational activity do so at their own risk.
18. Guests agree to abide by any House Rules posted in any cabin, camp kitchen or recreational area and must supervise and ensure their children comply with such rules.
19. Any payments made by card may be subject to a 1.75% surcharge.
20. You hereby acknowledge, represent, and warrant that your caravan/motorhome has a current Warrant of Electrical Fitness at the time you seek to connect to our embedded electrical network. You further acknowledge and represent that you will only use an approved external RCD cord to connect. You hereby indemnify us for any loss, damage or penalty we may suffer as a consequence of your representations being untrue.

Queenstown TOP 10 Holiday Park – Park Information

AFTER HOURS: A 24 hour call button is located at the front of Reception to contact the duty manager in case of emergency or disturbance.

BANKING SERVICES: New Zealand banks are 5-10 minutes drive away for most currency exchanges during normal business hours & are located in town.

BBQ AREA: We offer gas BBQs which are located in our outdoor dining area, next to the communal kitchen and beside the satellite block – please refer to the park map.

BREAKAGES: Any damage to park property must be reported to reception as soon as possible. Costs of any damages to property will be charged to the person/s responsible. An invoice can be provided on request.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT: Check in time is from 2pm on day of arrival and check out time is 10am for both sites and accommodation on day of departure.

DRONES: The use of drones within and around the Queenstown TOP 10 Holiday Park is only allowed if you have the express permission from the Managers of Queenstown TOP 10 Holiday Park.

EMERGENCY: In case of emergency dial 111 (public phone is located next to the communal kitchen) and advise the duty manager of the situation. We are located at 70 Arthurs Point, Arthurs Point, Queenstown.

EXTRA CLEANING FEE: If we are subjected to extra cleaning (above & beyond what is deemed to be acceptable) a cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card held.

FIREWORKS: Absolutely no fireworks are to be set off in or around the Holiday Park. Immediate expulsion from the Holiday Park will result if this occurs.

KEY RETURN: All keys can be placed in the Key Return Box located outside reception.

LAUNDRY: The laundry is open 24 hours. A clothesline is located behind the children’s playground.

LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: We are able to book most attractions and activities for the greater Queenstown area as well Milford & Doubtful Sound – ask us first as our local knowledge is extensive.

MESSAGES/MAIL: Please check the board for your name and collect any messages or mail from Reception. We do not deliver messages.

MINIMUM STAYS: Minimum length of stays may be enforced during peak times, or at the owners’ / managers’ discretion.

OFFICE HOURS: 8am to 8pm. Please try to complete transactions during these hours.

PARKING: All vehicles are to be parked on their own designated site at all times. There is one parking space available per room or site, any extra vehicles/trailers may need to be parked outside the Holiday Park on Atley Road.

PLAYGROUND/JUMPING PILLOW: The playground is closed at dusk. Young children must be supervised and playground rules adhered to at all times. In fairness to guests located near the playground area, no congregating in the playground area after dusk.

PRIVACY STATEMENT: This statement applies to all individuals providing personal information to Queenstown TOP 10 Holiday Park through this website. When collecting personal information Queenstown TOP 10 complied with the Privacy Act 1993.

When you register or give us personal information it will be held on Queenstown TOP 10 Holiday Parks and TOP 10 New Zealand’s Central Database. Your personal details may be accessed by TOP 10 New Zealand or linked and accessible to other TOP 10 Holiday Parks should you make a reservation with them (a shared database). Queenstown TOP 10 Holiday Park will not share this information with any other third parties without your permission.

Queenstown TOP 10 Holiday Park and/or the TOP 10 Central Office may send out periodic emails informing you of special offers, updated information and new services. You will always have the opportunity to unsubscribe to these communications.

RUBBISH & RECYCLING: We encourage all guests to recycle where possible and to dispose of all other rubbish in the appropriate manner. Please refer to the park map for the location of the rubbish & recycling bins.

SECURITY: As a reminder, please ensure that you keep all valuables secure. Put away recreation equipment, lock your doors and ensure all vehicles are secure. We have limited storage areas available for valuables, please enquire at reception.

TV ROOM: There is a communal TV room located next to the communal kitchen.

VEHICLE SPEED: Vehicle speed is limited to walk pace only.

VISITORS: ALL visitors are to report to Reception on arrival, pay the relevant visitor fee and are the responsibility of the registered guest. Visitors must be visiting a guest in the Holiday Park and are required to quietly leave the Holiday Park by 9pm.

WIFI: Free unlimited Wi-Fi is available throughout the park for all guests.
