Kia ora, and once again, welcome to Queenstown TOP 10 Holiday Park! Our resident managers are Bianca & Lyle, who are ably assisted by a great team. Our friendly and helpful staff thrive on offering excellent customer service, fabulously clean units, and quality facilities. We want to do everything we can to help our guests ‘Create Memories for Life’ while in this beautiful part of Aotearoa.

We are located in picturesque Arthurs Point, an easy and scenic 7 minute drive from downtown Queenstown. We also offer free shuttles into town and back throughout the day. Our green, leafy park and wonderful mountain views offer a relaxed environment to recharge your batteries for Queenstown’s exciting experiences.

Our team are very knowledgeable on all the local attractions and activities in the greater Queenstown area, including everything from Shotover Jet to Milford Sound. Classic Park

Our Classic TOP 10 Holiday Parks offer everything you’ve come to expect from a TOP 10 including a kids playground, BBQ area and TV Room plus limited (100mb) free wifi*/day and a number of recreation facilities for you to enjoy during your stay. All Classic Holiday Parks offer roofed accommodation and many have Motels within the park.

Superior Park

Our Superior TOP 10 Holiday Parks offer all of the amenities of a Classic TOP 10 plus somewhere to swim in the summer either in the park or within easy walking distance, plus an enhanced free wifi* package (250mb/day), Sky in the TV room and easy access to basic groceries and coffee. All Superior parks have motel units on site plus a more extensive range of recreation facilities to enhance your stay.

Premium Park

Offering everything you could want in a TOP 10 Holiday Park, including all the facilities of the other two categories, these parks also offer a heated swimming pool or spa pool complex on site, Sky TV in motel units and in the TV Room, 500mb of free wifi*/day and our most comprehensive range of recreation facilities and amentities for everyone to enjoy.
