At Queenstown TOP 10 Holiday Park, we offer everything you need to make your stay in Queenstown enjoyable and memorable. As well as FREE UNLIMITED WIFI and a FREE COURTESY SHUTTLE into town (frequently scheduled), we provide all the great facilities and services you’ve come to expect from a quality holiday park. These include clean, modern communal bathrooms with underfloor heating, large communal kitchen & dining area with a cosy woodburner for those chilly southern days, a private hot tub to soak weary muscles, 24-hour coin-operated laundry, FREE GAS BBQs, fun bikes for hire, movie room, a climbing wall, giant chess PLUS our awesome JUMPING PILLOW and a playground for the kids. We’re all about creating memories with those nearest and dearest to you.
We are pleased to offer a scheduled FREE courtesy shuttle which runs several times a day into town and back again, as late as 7:15 to allow for evening dining. Just book your seat at reception or give us a call!

Playground & Jumping Pillow
Let the kids out of the car or campervan so that they can burn off some energy in our playground or jump away to their hearts content on our super fun jumping pillow – the only one in Queenstown!
Full Booking Service
Queenstown TOP 10 is located in the tourism mecca of New Zealand which comes with it some amazing adventures & activities to be experienced.
We are pleased to offer our guests a FREE booking service for the wonderful adventures in and around Queenstown and beyond, including Milford and Doubtful Sounds, Te Anau and the twin glaciers – Franz Josef & Fox – over on the West Coast. Make the most of our local knowledge!
Cook up a storm in our large, well equipped communal kitchen. We supply boiling water, microwaves, full ovens and communal fridges & freezers, as well as plenty of dining tables and chairs.
Please note that we don’t supply any cooking or eating utensils in our communal kitchen so you will need to supply this yourself, or hire a ‘kitchen cupboard’ which can be arranged at reception for a small additional fee.
Dining Area
Our shared dining area is the social hub of the park where you can mix & mingle with other guests and share stories of your adventures.
In the colder months we light the wood-burner so you can sit around the toasty fire, warming your toes and sipping hot chocolate – a winter treat.
Free Gas BBQs
There’s nothing more kiwi than good food on the BBQ and a drink in hand. We have free gas BBQs available for all guests to make use of in our outdoor dining area.
Free WiFi
Unlimited free WiFi is available for all guests throughout our park. Please ask at reception for the access code.
Fun Bikes
We have a selection of super cool fun bikes which are perfect to let the kids cruise around on within our Holiday Park grounds. Book at reception.
Giant Chess
Anyone for a game? Our outdoor giant chess board is the perfect activity for a lazy Queenstown afternoon. You won’t get much a better view for a game of chess either!
TV Room
For those rainy days, all guests are welcome to make use of our TV Room located next to the communal kitchen. Ideal for chucking a movie on for the kiddies!
Drying Room/Bike Storage
We offer a convenient space to dry your wet ski or snowboard gear after a day on the slopes as well as somewhere to store your valuable bikes.
We can also recommend some great bike mechanics if any running repairs are needed.
Sometimes laundry needs to be done even when you’re on holiday… We provide convenient laundry facilities with coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
Clean Bathrooms
Guests staying on our Camping Sites or in our Standard Cabins are welcome to make use of our clean shared bathroom facilities, complete with underfloor heating and FREE hot showers!
